I booked through extraholidays.com after a friend recommended it, but I ended up having to cancel when my plans changed. The cancellation itself was simple, so I thought the refund would be just as straightforward, but that part turned into a bit of a hassle.
I had to email more than once, and the replies I got were kind of vague and didn’t really tell me what was going on. The money did come back eventually, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to book through them again.

My experience with Extra Holidays was fine overall. The booking info came through without any issues, but when I had a question, it took a while to get a clear answer. The replies were polite, so that was nice, but they were kind of slow and not always very detailed, which left me a little confused like... okay, what am I supposed to do now?? It all worked out in the end, but I do think the communication could be better

And the fees showing up later in the process was kind of frustrating. Like, just tell me upfront so I’m not sitting there doing mental math at the last minute. Overall it was a decent experience, but they really need to make the extra costs more obvious earlier.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the sofa felt a little worn, and the curtains didn’t fully block out the light in the morning. Nothing major though, I still slept well and had a good stay overall...

I booked this through Extra Holidays because the location looked super convenient, and that ended up being the best part. Since restaurants, the beach, and a grocery store were all within a short walk, we didn’t have to use the car much at all.

Check-in went smoothly, and the room was decent. It wasn’t anything fancy or perfect, but it worked fine for what we needed. If I needed an easy location like this again, I’d probably book here another time.

We had a good stay here overall. The place was clean and everything we needed worked fine, but you can tell some of the furniture has been around a while and the bathroom could use a little freshening up. Nothing was a dealbreaker for us, though. Check-in went smoothly and we were comfortable the whole time. If you’re looking for somewhere spotless and brand new, it may not be the perfect fit, but if you just want a clean, easy place to stay, this one should do the job.
